We are currently seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our team at Ray-Tech Infrared in Charlestown, NH. As a Welder at Ray-Tech Infrared, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating various metal components to create high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate MIG welding equipment to weld both mild steel and stainless steel components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards
• Fabricate metal components using hand tools and machinery
• Operate independently as well as collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

For this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects which contribute to the overall production flow, ranging from small parts to larger components of builds. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and committed to producing top-notch welds every time.

Qualifications:

• MUST have previous experience MIG Welding in a job setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently as well as with others
• Experience with using basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to use basic math to measure, square, etc

Schedule/Pay/Benefits:

This is a 40 hour position (Monday through Friday - 6AM to 2:30PM) for our Charlestown, NH location.

Pay will be based on experience. We offer competitive pay compared to other local companies and we're willing to work with the right candidate who will help us succeed.
